Guang-Ling

Guang Ling is the founder of ROVR Network, a decentralized physical infrastructure network focused on building high-precision 3D geospatial data. He founded the project in 2024 with the objective of enabling scalable, community-driven mapping for autonomous vehicles, robotics, spatial AI, and next-generation location-based services. Ling has been the public face of the project, leading strategy, vision, and early ecosystem development.

Under his leadership, ROVR positions itself at the intersection of DePIN and real-world data infrastructure, incentivizing contributors to capture and validate geospatial information using decentralized incentives.
