Michael Egorov, best known as the founder of Curve Finance, is also the creator of Yield Basis, a protocol designed to generate yield on tokenized assets while minimizing impermanent loss in liquidity pools. With deep expertise in DeFi engineering and AMM design, Egorov launched Yield Basis to extend Curve’s innovations into new yield-generating mechanisms for assets like Bitcoin.

Under his direction, Yield Basis raised about $5 million at a $50 million valuation, selling 10% of its token supply. The project is currently in a test-in-production phase, aiming to build a more efficient and sustainable DeFi yield model using Egorov’s proven technical background and experience in decentralized liquidity systems.
