ADI Chain Mainnet Launch brings MENA its first institutional Layer 2 for stablecoins and RWAs with ADI token listings and government pilots.

December 9, 2025. The ADI Chain Mainnet Launch marks the debut of the first institutional Layer 2 in the MENA region, designed for stablecoins and real world asset tokenization. The ADI Foundation has introduced the network using ZKsync Atlas and Airbender to support efficient and compliant settlements across Layer 2 and modular Layer 3 domains.
The ADI Foundation began development in 2023 under Sirius International Holding as the UAE accelerated its digital finance strategy. Early work focused on cross border payment pilots and RWA tokenization initiatives under the Abu Dhabi Global Market framework. Partnerships with OpenZeppelin and Alchemy matured the chain’s tooling and audits.
By 2025 ADI Chain had selected ZKsync for its zero knowledge security and GPU optimized scaling, becoming the first public chain built on the Airbender stack. This reflects the broader regional shift toward regulated blockchain adoption, following Dubai’s tokenized commodities framework and Saudi Arabia’s stablecoin research.
ADI Chain positions itself as a foundational platform for sovereign digital finance and tokenized assets across emerging markets. Its modular L3 design allows jurisdiction specific governance, enabling KYC and privacy layers for banks, government agencies and regulated enterprises. This architecture supports e invoicing, healthcare data sharing and large scale RWA settlement.
The ADI token rallied fifteen percent to 0.045 dollars on launch day with volumes above fifty million dollars. Analysts expect a twenty five to forty percent rise in the coming quarter as new listings attract significant inflows. The chain may capture a meaningful share of MENA’s expanding RWA market while increasing adoption of ZKsync technology across institutional partners.
