August 11, 2025 — Alvara Protocol will launch its mainnet beta on August 14, 2025, introducing BSKT Lab and its first Initial Basket Offering for decentralized on-chain asset management.
The Alvara Protocol mainnet beta launch is scheduled for August 14, 2025, marking a significant step in decentralized finance. The platform will debut the BSKT Lab and the Initial Basket Offering (IBO), allowing users to create, manage, and trade tokenized multi-asset funds through ERC-7621 Basket Tokens. This move comes at a time when tokenized assets are rapidly expanding in variety and demand.

The BSKT Lab will provide a simple interface for building customized baskets containing any tokens available on Uniswap. Each basket is fully on-chain, transparent, and revenue-generating, with built-in asset under management fees directed to the creator. This structure supports the rise of decentralized and merit-based asset management.
The Initial Basket Offering will launch the first wave of Composite Capital Markets. These allow themes such as DeFi blue chips or AI-driven portfolios to be packaged into liquid, yield-enabled investment products. Alvara Protocol expects the IBO to be the starting point for more structured on-chain trading strategies.
From launch, the Alvara Protocol mainnet beta will integrate token buybacks and staking rewards. Every mint and trade will feed back into the ecosystem, supporting token value and rewarding participant activity. This design follows the growing industry trend toward sustainable token economies.
To encourage engagement, Alvara is releasing the “Investment Wanker NFT,” priced at 0.01 ETH each, with a limit of three per wallet. ETH from sales will be used for buybacks and staking, generating monthly rewards for holders. After six months, the initial ETH will be returned to holders, blending digital collectibles with yield strategies.
The timing of the Alvara Protocol mainnet beta launch aligns with broader adoption of buyback mechanisms in crypto. Protocols such as DYDX and Jito have shown success with similar approaches. Alvara aims to use this model to enhance trust, improve capital efficiency, and create lasting value for users.
As August 14 approaches, interest in the BSKT Lab and IBO is rising among retail and institutional investors. The Alvara Protocol mainnet beta launch may mark a turning point for structured, transparent, and user-driven asset management in decentralized finance.
