Constellation Network ($DAG) Launches Tessellation V3 Upgrade

May 28, 2025 – Constellation Network has officially launched its Tessellation V3 upgrade. It introduces delegated staking and a suite of new functionalities aimed at enhancing scalability, user participation, and overall network performance. The upgrade marks a key milestone for the $DAG ecosystem, which is built on a Directed Acyclic Graph architecture and emphasizes feeless transactions and infinite scalability.

One of the most notable features of Tessellation V3 is delegated staking. It allows $DAG holders to stake tokens with validators without requiring token lock-up or relinquishing custody. Users can earn up to 3% APR along with 45% of variable emissions, providing a passive income opportunity while contributing to network security.

According to GenfinityIO, within the first 24 hours of launch, 373.1 million $DAG tokens were staked by 1,649 delegators across 93 validators.

In addition to staking, the upgrade introduces:
