The Dex223 team has announced an upgrade for their D223 token, which was initially sold during the Dex223 ICO. This upgrade introduces a new version of the token, and Dex223 urges users to transition from the old token to ensure continued functionality and exchange listings.
To upgrade, users can send their tokens from any wallet to the specified upgrade contract. Once the transaction is complete, the upgrade contract automatically returns the new D223 tokens to the user’s wallet. An example of a completed transaction can be viewed on Etherscan.
After receiving the new tokens, users should import the new D223 contract address—0x0908…80dd—into their wallet to complete the transition.
Dex223 has also assured users that a more accessible UI will be launched soon, enabling non-technical users to upgrade their tokens without difficulty. Further details will be available on the official Dex223 website.
