Mike Silagadze is the founder and CEO of ETHFI (Ether.fi), a decentralized, non-custodial staking and restaking protocol on the Ethereum network.

He previously founded the education-technology company Top Hat Software and has been active in crypto since early investments in 2010–2011. Silagadze now leads Ether.fi to enable users to stake ETH while retaining control of their keys, aiming to improve decentralization and capital efficiency in the Ethereum staking ecosystem.
