Qubic Unveils AI Initiative with “Anna” as the Community’s Chosen Name

Qubic has officially named its AI system “Anna,” following a community vote. Anna will communicate and interact with users through the social platform X, marking an important step toward Qubic’s goal of developing decentralized and advanced artificial intelligence (AI). Unlike large language models (LLMs) from major tech companies that function primarily as search engines, Qubic’s vision aims to create AIs that evolve and reason over time.

Qubic plans to use an Artificial Neural Network (ANN) to process data and generate outputs, positioning the platform closer to its ambition of becoming the world’s first decentralized and “True AI.” Anna’s training will begin with basic arithmetic, such as simple addition problems, and users can actively participate in this process through X.

How Anna’s Training Works

The AI’s development will rely on user input to solve basic problems. For example:
