September 8, 2025 — The first RECC Finance property tokenization project has achieved a striking 82% annualized percentage yield (APY) after investors backed the tokenized Suarez de Salazar apartments. Launched in July, the project raised $120,000 in 11 days and returned a 10.5% ROI within 46 days, showing how blockchain can transform real estate investment.
The RECC Finance property tokenization model was simple: buy, refurbish, and resell. Within six weeks, the project hit its profit target.

The deed of sale was executed in June 2025 before notary MarĂa de la Paz Sánchez-Osorio Rivas, confirming AML checks and the authority of the buyer company MRRAMOS Inmuebles, S.L.
RECC will open its payback claim process next week, letting investors connect wallets and claim yields directly on the platform. The company also announced more tokenized properties in its upcoming pipeline.
