October 15, 2025: Stobox launches live tokenized assets on Stobox 4, marking a major milestone in its mission to make real-world asset tokenization fully accessible and compliant. The latest update completes the entire lifecycle from issuance and investment to management within one unified platform, empowering issuers and investors to operate transparently under global regulatory standards.
The 4.2.1 version introduces direct on-chain issuance, investor onboarding through integrated KYC/AML, and real-time portfolio management via the Stobox Wallet. Businesses can issue tokenized assets with Stobox DID identity verification and STV3 smart contracts that ensure security and upgradeability.
This unified architecture allows compliant issuance, management, and secondary-market access — all in one regulated ecosystem.
To showcase its infrastructure, the company issued its own equity as STBX Security Tokens on Arbitrum. Managed by Stobox Tokenized Equities Ltd (BVI), STBX represents 20 % equity in Stobox Holdings Ltd.
Verified through Sumsub’s KYB/KYC process, investors can purchase STBX with USDC on Arbitrum. Conversion from STBU to STBX is scheduled for Q4 2025, giving current token holders a regulated participation option.
