SwarmNode.ai launches monetized AI agents using Coinbase’s x402 protocol, enabling direct USDC payments for every AI execution.

November 2, 2025 – SwarmNode.ai has launched monetized AI agents with x402 protocol integration, introducing a pay-per-use model that allows developers to earn USDC each time their AI agents are executed. The update, announced on November 1 via the platform’s official X account, marks a major leap for autonomous, blockchain-enabled AI commerce.
The SwarmNode.ai monetized AI agents feature allows creators to set prices in USDC for their hosted agents. Each time an agent executes, payment is automatically routed to the creator’s wallet.
The feature’s dashboard demo showcased how developers can configure pricing, connect wallets, and deploy agents seamlessly. Solana wallet support such as Phantom underscores the platform’s goal of frictionless payments for on-demand AI services.
SwarmNode.ai clarified in its announcement that complex agents requiring input data can now accept JSON payloads encoded in base64, making advanced agent execution simple and programmable.
The x402 protocol, developed by Coinbase, extends the standard HTTP 402 “Payment Required” response into a universal API for instant, on-chain micropayments. By integrating x402, SwarmNode.ai enables true machine-to-machine transactions without the need for user accounts or API keys.
The protocol supports instant USDC settlement over blockchains like Base and Solana, unlocking scalable AI monetization. This makes SwarmNode.ai one of the first platforms to merge AI agent execution with autonomous, decentralized payments.
SwarmNode.ai offers serverless AI hosting where developers deploy models instantly via its Python SDK or prebuilt templates. Agents can range from Code Assistants to Market Researchers and AI Trading Bots.
The platform’s pricing model is based on execution time: a free tier (5 minutes), Base plan ($29/month for 20 hours), and Premium or Corporate tiers for enterprise integrations.
Although the x402 feature is newly launched, early community response has been strong, with the announcement post amassing over 25,000 views and enthusiastic feedback from users across the AI and crypto communities.
