August 28, 2025 — T-RIZE Group, a global fintech firm specializing in institutional-grade tokenization, has launched T-RIZE tokenized real estate project Vision 60.
Vision 60 follows Vision 87 by Champfleury, an $23 million, 87-unit tokenized offering launched earlier this year. Together, the projects reflect the execution of a $500 million+ pipeline designed to bring real-world assets onchain using scalable and compliant frameworks.
The initiative leverages Republic’s distribution network of over three million users and $3 billion in deployed capital. Accredited investors can participate through both fiat and cryptocurrencies under Regulation D, with oversight provided by Republic’s affiliate broker-dealer, OpenDeal Broker LLC.
The project highlights the institutional standards underpinning T-RIZE tokenized real estate. Vision 60 benefits from independent appraisal by CBRE, legal structuring from Ekitas, cash flow projections from BDO, and insurance underwriting from Intact Insurance. Development is led by MA2D, with Concept Habitation Duo Inc. serving as property manager.
The offering will be deployed on an EVM-compatible blockchain, either Coinbase’s Base or Avalanche, both known for institutional-grade scalability.
At the heart of the ecosystem is the $RIZE utility token, used to access tokenization services, pay for onboarding and structuring, and unlock vetted investment opportunities. With 30% of supply allocated to governance and incentives, $RIZE is already listed on tier-1 exchanges including Kraken and Revolut.
Beyond tokenized real estate, T-RIZE also operates as a validator on the Canton Network, a blockchain ecosystem used by institutions such as Goldman Sachs and Broadridge, which handles $2 trillion in monthly transactions.
The rise of T-RIZE tokenized real estate illustrates how blockchain adoption is shifting toward institutional-grade assets. Unlike early tokenization experiments, Vision 60 is supported by a network of legal, financial, and insurance partners, providing a model that aligns with traditional finance standards.
Republic’s involvement gives the project an established distribution channel, bridging institutional and accredited investors with blockchain-powered infrastructure. The use of Base or Avalanche highlights the growing role of EVM-compatible blockchains in tokenizing real-world assets (RWAs).
The launch of Vision 60 marks another step forward for T-RIZE tokenized real estate, combining scalable infrastructure with institutional oversight. As the $200 million pipeline advances, the partnership with Republic could serve as a blueprint for how tokenized RWAs achieve mainstream adoption in regulated investment markets.
