October 9, 2025 – OpenEden has officially launched the USDO RWA Bridge, a first-of-its-kind collaboration with Plume Network and Chainlink to advance compliant tokenized assets. The initiative introduces USDO—the world’s first tokenized U.S. Treasury product backed by BlackRock’s BUIDL fund—onto Plume’s blockchain, powered by Chainlink’s Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP).
Founded in 2023, OpenEden pioneered the tokenization of U.S. Treasuries amid growing demand for regulated DeFi assets. Its flagship USDO token brought institutional-grade transparency through Chainlink’s oracles and CCIP.
The USDO RWA Bridge extends this legacy to Plume’s RWA-optimized blockchain, launched in 2024 with $10 million in early funding and over 180 integrations. Chainlink’s interoperability stack, used by major banks for settlement pilots, underpins the security and reliability of the bridge.
This partnership could redefine institutional DeFi by merging compliance-first infrastructure with scalable cross-chain access.
