The Verasity team announced that they have burned 84 million $VRA , worth around $256k in the third quarter of 2024 as a part of the deflationary tokenomics for $VRA. This latest burn takes the total $VRA burnt so far to 512 million over the last 1.5 years.
There have been a total of 9 $VRA burn events so far starting February 2023 with the latest being on 8th October 2024.
The price of $VRA saw a huge pump in March 2024 with the price reaching as high as $0.015 but has since cooled down to $0.0029 at the time of writing on 9th October 2024.
