22nd December 2025 – Neptune Privacy, a privacy-focused Layer 1 blockchain, is gaining attention with its upcoming $XNT listing on MEXC. The team confirmed the move on December 20. This marks the first major centralized exchange listing for $XNT beyond SafeTrade.
The project aims to offer quantum-safe, privacy-by-default infrastructure using zk-STARKs, a scalable and transparent zero-knowledge proof system.
Neptune Privacy evolved from Neptune Cash ($NPT), which focused on anonymous transactions. The new network expands this into a full ecosystem for private applications, including DeFi, NFTs, and Layer 2s.
In November 2025, SafeTrade supported a 1:1 community-driven token swap from $NPT to $XNT.
