Zero1 Labs Cypher Testnet hits 70 million transactions and 6.4 million users, advancing decentralized AI with fully homomorphic encryption.

October 31, 2025 – Zero1 Labs Cypher Testnet has officially processed more than 70 million transactions, marking a major step for decentralized AI and privacy-focused blockchain computing. The milestone confirms growing traction for its EVM-compatible network that integrates fully homomorphic encryption (FHE) to secure on-chain AI operations.
The Zero1 Labs Cypher Testnet demonstrates how encrypted computation can scale within decentralized systems. Built for developers who prioritize data privacy, Cypher enables AI models to process encrypted data directly on-chain using FHE removing the need for trust in intermediaries.
Since its October 2024 launch, Cypher has processed over 70 million transactions and attracted more than 6.47 million unique wallets.

Zero1 Labs recently partnered with NVIDIA’s Ignition AI Accelerator, which validated Cypher’s infrastructure for privacy-centric AI applications. The project also reported a 5.3% increase in token holders and a 13.2% rise in community followers within 20 days, signaling wider recognition in both AI and DeFi circles.
Community feedback on X praised the team’s persistence and called for broader marketing efforts as the testnet enters its next epoch. Each phase continues to stress-test throughput, encrypted computation, and AI agent coordination under real-world conditions.
Zero1 Labs plans to finalize Phase 4 of the Cypher Testnet before transitioning to mainnet launch between 2025 and 2026. Upcoming enhancements include Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration for AI model coordination and further FHE scaling for multi-agent operations.
The team continues to expand developer support and regional community outreach, aiming to make privacy-preserving AI computations as accessible as traditional smart contracts.
