BitMine Immersion Technologies (NYSE AMERICAN: BMNR) has announced a $65.3 million acquisition of 14,665 ETH, disclosed on September 4, 2025, at 1:42 PM IST. This purchase brings total BitMine Ethereum holdings to 1,881,639 ETH, valued at $8.4 billion at current prices of $4,450 per ETH.
The acquisition strengthens BitMineâs position as the largest corporate ETH holder, surpassing MicroStrategyâs recent Ethereum accumulation. It reflects the companyâs long-term commitment to crypto investment, supported by proceeds from capital-raising transactions and mining operations.
BitMine launched its ETH Treasury initiative on June 30, 2025, and scaled rapidly. By early August, the company had $2.9 billion in ETH holdings, as noted in earlier disclosures. The latest acquisition represents a 230% increase in BitMine Ethereum holdings since mid-2024.
