EstateX Schedules Token Generation Event for June 18, 2025

EstateX, the blockchain-powered platform aiming to democratize real estate investment, has confirmed that its long-awaited TGE for the $ESX token will take place on June 18, 2025, at 15:00 UTC. The announcement follows months of development, ecosystem growth, and a rescheduled timeline that reflects the platform’s expanding scope.

The $ESX token will serve as the native utility token for the EstateX ecosystem, supporting functions such as property investment, transaction payments, and potentially governance or platform rewards.

EstateX’s vision is to bring real-world real estate assets on-chain using blockchain technology. By offering fractional ownership, daily rental yields, and high liquidity, the platform is positioned to open access to one of the world’s largest yet least accessible asset classes.

The offering was completed in under five minutes and provided investors a 7% upfront rental yield, exceeding traditional market averages. Rent payments are secured through a smart contract locked in for three years.
