Over the past 20 months, the project progressed through multiple testnet phases, during which it delivered frequent engineering updates and hosted regular community AMAs. Throughout this period, developers with strong Substrate backgrounds—including former Polkadot contributors and academic researchers—led much of the core technical work.
Initially planned for Q4 2025, the team ultimately delayed the mainnet launch to early 2026. This decision, in turn, allowed for additional testing, performance tuning, and deeper refinement of core components such as its custom SPIN consensus mechanism. As a result, the team enters mainnet with fewer unknowns and greater confidence in overall network stability.
