Matt Luongo is the co-founder and CEO of Keep Network, a decentralized protocol focused on privacy and bringing Bitcoin liquidity into Ethereum. He established Keep Network to enable private data handling on public blockchains and to power tBTC, a trustless Bitcoin-backed ERC-20 token that bridges Bitcoin to the Ethereum ecosystem.

Luongo has a background in product and startup leadership within the blockchain space. Under his leadership, Keep Network has developed key privacy tech and cross-chain solutions while building tBTC as one of the earliest decentralized Bitcoin–Ethereum bridges, emphasizing security, user sovereignty, and decentralized custody.
