August 14, 2025 – Propbase, a blockchain-based platform for tokenized real estate investments in Southeast Asia, has secured a major breakthrough with its listing on KuCoin, one of the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchanges. The PROPS token began trading under the PROPS/USDT pair on August 13, 2025, at 11:00 UTC, following the opening of deposits earlier the same day.
With KuCoin’s 38 million users across 200+ countries, the listing is set to boost liquidity, global visibility, and market credibility for Propbase. Valued at approximately $14 million, the project has built a strong presence in the microcap real-world asset (RWA) space.
KuCoin is celebrating the listing with a 1.65 million PROPS prize pool running through August 30. Events include the “GemSlot Carnival” distributing 1.1 million PROPS to traders, new user bonuses for deposits and trades, and referral rewards. The incentives are designed to accelerate adoption and increase trading volumes, supporting Propbase’s growth trajectory.
Operating on the Aptos blockchain, Propbase allows users to invest in high-quality properties for as little as $100 through fractional ownership. Holders earn stable rental yields in USDT and can trade property-backed tokens on the platform’s marketplace. Partnerships with Wyndham and Ramada add to its credibility, while smart contracts audited by Certik and Hacken reinforce security.
Propbase has made significant strides in 2025. In July, it introduced updates to its Nexus dashboard, enhanced staking and yield tools, and cross-chain bridging features. On August 9, the launch of an Ethereum bridge opened doors to DeFi liquidity and broader blockchain integration. Earlier this month, staked PROPS crossed 125 million—29% of total supply representing $3.82 million in locked value.
The listing also coincides with the ongoing “Ascend” campaign, a 30-day marketing push featuring new integrations, ecosystem updates, and upcoming asset offerings. Plans for Propbase 2.0 include mobile apps, expanded RWA partnerships, and additional property listings.
Analysts see the KuCoin debut as a pivotal moment in Propbase’s journey. By bridging traditional real estate with crypto markets, the platform could challenge larger competitors in the growing RWA sector. With its product already on mainnet and a roadmap full of deliverables, PROPS—currently trading at $0.03482—has attracted investor attention for its potential yield and real-world use case.
The “GemSlot Carnival” promotion, used by KuCoin for select listings, has historically tripled trading volumes for some microcap tokens within its first week.
