Sui DePIN Prepares for January IDO Amid Growing Ecosystem Activity

Sui DePIN, the first Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Network (DePIN) layer built on the SUI blockchain, has revealed plans for its Initial DEX Offering (IDO) on SuiPad, a prominent launchpad within the SUI ecosystem.

The IDO represents a significant step for Sui DePIN, a project focused on decentralizing data ownership. By enabling users to control and monetize their participation in AI models, the network provides developers access to user-generated data streams without relying on centralized platforms.

Sui DePIN’s Growing Ecosystem

As a Modular Data AI Network, Sui DePIN has attracted over 200,000 active users and operates more than 1.5 million AI nodes. This growth has been supported by strategic collaborations with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Aethir Cloud, which have provided key grants and technical resources.

The IDO aligns with SUI’s broader momentum, as the blockchain recorded over $570 million in trading volume last month. Sui DePIN’s fully diluted valuation (FDV) starts at $2.55 million, positioning it as a high-potential project within the ecosystem.

Key Dates and Roadmap

The Sui DePIN IDO is scheduled for January 6, 2025, with Season 1 of its roadmap kicking off shortly after. A snapshot for Season 1 will occur on January 9, and rewards distribution is set to begin on January 13.

The project highlighted its recent milestones in a post on X (formerly Twitter), celebrating its progress in 2024 and laying out its vision for 2025.

This IDO launch marks another step in Sui DePIN’s mission to reshape data monetization and decentralization within the AI landscape.
